about
Veronica Ciceri is an award-winning filmmaker and creative director with a diverse background spanning documentary filmmaking, art direction, and graphic design. With a keen focus on visual storytelling, her passion and creative drive are deeply rooted in exploring our connection to the natural world.
As a self-shooting filmmaker, Veronica brings a unique, hands-on approach to her work, ensuring every frame reflects her personal vision and dedication.
Her debut short documentaries, The Last Skiers and Emme, have been featured at international festivals, with The Last Skiers earning multiple awards including Best Documentary Short Film at the British Short Film Awards 2024. Veronica’s distinctive approach to documentary filmmaking continues to gain recognition for its authenticity and emotional impact.
Six years ago, she started teaching art direction and copywriting at IED Milan, always amazed to see how much she could learn from teaching. Her greatest wish is to inspire students as much as they inspire her every day.
Speaking of inspiration, in 2025 she founded The Cuddly Pets of Komodo, a new creative studio in Milan. She also co-founded SheSays Milan, an award-winning organisation running free mentorship and events for women in the creative industry.
